God Made You for a Purpose

Trust Him and live out the work He planned for you.

Praise the Lord, my friend,

Sometimes it can feel like you are moving through life without knowing what you are supposed to do.

You might see others doing things that seem important and wonder if your own life really matters.

Feeling unsure about your life is natural, but it should not convince you that your life has no meaning and purpose.

Your life has far greater purpose and meaning than you may realize.

As said in Ephesians 2:10:

Ephesians 2:10

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

This verse shows us that God has already prepared good works for you to do, even before you knew they existed, my friend.

Every choice you make and every action you take can be part of His plan.

So when it feels like nothing you do matters, trust that God has placed you in the right situations to accomplish what He has already prepared for you.

Not only that, but God also equips you for the work He has called you to do.

Philippians 4:13 tells us:

Phillippians 4:13

“I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.”

This means that even when a task seems difficult or you are uncertain how to act, God is with you, giving you the strength and guidance to follow through.

You do not have to rely on your own abilities, because He has prepared you and is walking alongside you.

This means that the strength, wisdom, and courage you need for each task come directly from Him.

And, when God equips you with strength, wisdom, and courage, He is preparing you to act in the situations He places before you.

You may not always realize it, but the people you meet and the circumstances you face are opportunities He has already planned for you.

A struggling neighbor, a friend who needs encouragement, or even a simple moment where your words can bring hope are all ways God wants you to participate in His work.

And, a part of walking in faith means recognizing these moments and trusting that God will guide your steps and accomplish the purpose He has for you.

Yass, sometimes it will feel uncertain or unclear whether your efforts are impactful or not.

That is why trusting God and doing it for His glory is really important.

Because, even when you cannot see the full impact of what you do, God is at work through your actions, and He can use them in ways you might never realize.

So, my friend, let’s look for a chance to follow the good works God has prepared for you.

Pray for someone, encourage a friend, or share a verse with a trust that God will guide your steps, and use your actions to accomplish His purpose for you.

Let’s pray together:

Dear Father God, thank you for creating me with purpose and preparing good works for my life.

Help me to trust You with each step I take, to act in faith, and to follow the opportunities You place before me.

Give me strength, wisdom, and courage to do what pleases You, and let my actions bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Amen.

Praise God.
